Overview

Spectroscopy is most innovative technology available to scientists to investigate the matter (Solid, Liquid, Gas or Plasma state) available in this Universe. Here are many many type of spectroscopic technique developed for each application. E.g. Electron Spectroscopy, Laser Spectroscopy, Raman Spectroscopy, Fluorescence Spectroscopy, X-ray Spectroscopy, UV Spectroscopy, IR Spectroscopy etc..

SIMCO has expertise in the field of Spectroscopy.

X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) is very unique technique to investigate the elements and molecules for Bandgap and material science applications. Different options like UV Source, SAM/SEM, Electron Analysers, erleed, RHEED, ARPES and UHV chambers with variety of other options like UHV STM, 4K STM, LEEM, PEEM are available. In order to design a future proof & versatile XPS system, a special modular design approach is offered called flexmod XPS. Such systems can be laser upgraded with Laser PLD, MBE sources etc..

Fluorescence Spectrometers that range from compact table-top spectrometers for teaching or daily routine work to modular high-end spectrometers with exact timing down to a few picoseconds. It also offers a range of pico-second pulsed Laser/LED diodes with wavelength from 245nm to 1990nm. It also cover Photon Counting Detectors.

Deep Level Transient Spectroscopy. It is an extremely versatile method for determining all parameters associated with deep traps including energy level, capture cross section and concentration distribution. It permits identification of the impurities and is capable of detecting contamination concentrations below 109 atoms/cm3.
